Orchestration Platform
The core of the products mentioned above is the decisio Orchestration
Platform™. This platform provides all of the basic functionality
and tooling used by the products mentioned above. The functionality
of the products differs by the types of components that product
allows and the output format/infrastructure that is provided.
Because of the modular nature of the platform, other products
can be built on the same foundation. This baseline technology
is available for license from other software companies wishing
to build products with similar characteristics but different

Maestro™ processes business logic to
automate decision making within organizations. Maestro™
was designed to meet the demanding needs of credit decisioning,
configurable tiered pricing and transactional business logic
processing. Maestro™ combines high performance and transactional
rates with ease of use extensibility to produce a decision
making platform that can scale to meet enterprise needs.
Metronome™ is a monitoring engine built
on the same decision engine technology that power Maestro™
and Harmony™. The Metronome™ engine allows you
to configure any number of “health checks” (often
used for system/network health monitoring) or “data
evaluation rules” (most often used for fraud detection
and threshold monitoring) with the associated actions based
on the results of interactions. Metronome™ represents
a very different approach to system monitoring than mainstream
tools, which traditionally have been very expensive, hard
to configure and inflexible.
Harmony™ builds on the power of logic
processing that Maestro™ provides adding the capability
of managing business processes. Harmony provides both workflow
and BPMS capability in the same easy to manage, deploy and
maintain. The Harmony process management focuses on solving
the workflow and process needs of middle market companies,
providing the functionality of the larger workflow products
at significantly less cost . . . and a fraction of the complexity
Divo™ is a dialog configuration engine built
on the component orchestration tool. Users can build flow
based user interactions using intuitive, graphical tools.
The decision engine core provides power to direct the conversations
with more perceived intelligence. Divo™ can be used
to build voice (SALT or VoiceXML), SMS or instant messenger
conversations (AOL, MSN, Yahoo Messenger) conversations or
direct the page flow in an HTML application (with the same
configurability).
